Born: 13 December, 1940. Education: Graduated Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, 1964. Employment History: 1964 onwards: has worked for Research Institute for Pulse Technique in research, development and application of tests of nuclear devices; measuring systems and techniques for diagnostics of underground nuclear explosions; hydrodynamic measuring system including the device MIZ for dynamic measurements of a shock wave propagation; participation in working out the program for the joint Russian-American experiment on the CTBT monitoring means verification; and participation in the experiment, 1988); research and development of the radiometers and spectrometers for nuclear materials detection and identification. 1994 onwards: complex investigations on substantiation of techniques for CTBT verification; on-site survey for the CTBT monitoring stations arrangement; on creation of domestic information technologies for CTBT implementation and verification.
